Wanted Counter Salesman (Full Time) to work at Veg Bakery located in twin cities, both Freshers/Experienced can apply. Good Salary + Food will be provided. Energetic candidates with customer convincing ability, handling sales, problem solving skills, basic computer knowledge, ready to work in flexible hours & ready to join immediately are preferable (exp in the field of retails stores / food / bakery industry / hotel management would be added advantage).

We are looking for a young and energetic candidates (Male) with min 1-2 yrs exp in retail sales store industry, Age : 22yrs - 35yrs, Qualification: Any Graduate, BBM or MBA - Marketing, looking for immediate joiningJob Responsibilities Manage Complete Store Operations on daily basis Execute and continuously work towards making the product and service experience better for the customers to ensure that the Store consistently increases Monitor Inventory & store management in coordinating with Head Office Track and analyze team members performances and execute measures for improving Recommend measures to the management for enhancing store profitability and efficiency through process and system improvements Engage and motivate the team members towards target achievement, customer satisfaction and better performance Ensure that periodic sales targets are met Create unique buying & selling experience for customers Prepare daily/monthly product performance Reports Responsible for following all guidelines as per company policy Ensure and encourage building customer relationships for higher customer retention Ensure to maintain stock management, damage reports Responsible for the quality of the customer experience that the store delivers (Staff product knowledge, training of staff) Maintain store hygiene, cleanliness at all timesDesired Skills Reqd Retail Store management and Customer Interaction experience is mandatory Good Communication skills (English, Hindi & Telugu) Decision making & problem solving skills Customer convincing ability Good conversations with customers in helping them while choosing products, understand their requirements and guide accordingly High energy, cheerful person, ability to smile always despite the situation Extremely hard working and committed to the vision and success of organisation
