NOTE: At least 1 year experience in Banking collectionsAs a tele caller for banking debt collections where responsibilities include collecting outstanding overdues from people who have taken out loans from the bankRespond to telephone enquiries using standard scripts and procedures and making outbound calls for the collection of overduesTreating debtors with respect and courtesy. Report daily progress against targets to the team leaderMaintain appropriate and comprehensive records of all customer discussions and processing on daily received paymentsEducate the customers about CIBIL report, banking policies as well as resolving customer escalation queries and support the field operations as a coordinator.
