Enter and update data into databases, spreadsheets, and other digital platforms accurately and efficiently. Verify accuracy and completeness of data by reviewing, editing, and correcting information as needed. Prepare and compile reports, spreadsheets, and summaries as required. Respond to data inquiries and provide assistance to colleagues or clients regarding data-related matters. Perform regular data backups to ensure data integrity and security. Assist in data analysis and quality assurance activities to identify and resolve discrepancies or errors. Collaborate with other team members to accomplish organizational goals and objectives. Preferred candidate profile Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role. Proficiency in data entry and management software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets). Excellent typing speed with accuracy. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy. Good organizational and time management skills. Familiarity with data analysis and quality assurance processes is desirable. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
