Manage and administrative team deployment based on events schedule, make sure technical team has delivered AV set up as per the requirement, Manage and Track of issues on daily basis and share the updated report. Proactively identifying and resolving technical incidents and problems. Through preemptive service incident and resolution activities as well as product reviews.

Overseeing the work allocation to AVI operator and guiding them for complex and large events, advance knowledge of projectors, digital audio consoles wireless microphones pairing knowledge of compatible frequency chart. should have hands on experience of operating AV control touch panel (AMX / Crestron) operating knowledge of video switcher/scalers, IP Encoders / Decoders, Presenters etc.,

operation of meeting rooms, video conference rooms, divisible seminar halls, board rooms, operating knowledge of projectors, 8-16 channel digital audio consoles with podium mikes, play back sources, should have hands on experience of operating AV control touch panel (AMX / Crestron)
