As an Architectural Designer, you will play a key role in creating innovative designs for various projects while collaborating with clients and team members. This is a full-time position, with the flexibility of working from home.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Design Development:** Create detailed architectural designs and drawings based on project requirements, ensuring functionality and aesthetic appeal.- **Client Collaboration:** Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, incorporating feedback into the design process.- **Technical Documentation:** Prepare technical documents, including construction drawings and specifications, to guide project execution accurately.- **Research and Analysis:** Conduct research on building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations to ensure compliance throughout the design process.- **Presentation Preparation:** Develop compelling presentations and visual materials to communicate design concepts effectively to stakeholders.**Required Skills and Expectations:**- You should hold a Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch) and have 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in architectural design.- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp is essential for creating high-quality designs.- Strong communication skills are necessary for effectively collaborating with clients and team members, ensuring clarity in every project phase.- A good understanding of building codes and regulations is expected to create compliant designs.- You should have a creative mindset and attention to detail, allowing you to develop designs that are both innovative and functional.
