Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC) team in the plant. Maintain and implement Quality Management Systems as per ISO 9001 standards. Prepare, review, and update all quality-related documents, SOPs, and records. Conduct regular quality audits and ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards. Analyze quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive corrective/preventive actions. Coordinate effectively with customers regarding quality requirements, complaints, and resolutions. Train and guide team members to improve quality standards and processes. Report quality metrics and updates to senior management. Candidate Profile: Bachelors degree/diploma in Mechanical, Production, or related field. 35 years of hands-on experience in Quality Control/Assurance, preferably in cooler or similar manufacturing industries. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 documentation, audits, and implementation. Proven experience in leading a quality team and coordinating with customers on quality matters.
