1.Carries out detailed mechanical design work including 3D modelling, simulation (deformation & stress) and design verification testing, as required. Agreeing the mechanical design approach with the Engineering Manager and Senior Mechanical Design Engineer2.CAD Models & Engineering Drawings. Responsible for creation of 2D drawings for manufacturing purchase3.Machining part optimization as needed i.e. reduce the number of parts from machines & cost cutting.4.Support manufacturing and QA departments by resolving problems, determining root cause with effective documentation.5. Responsible to work in Product data management software i.e. Teamcenter. Quality work should be there in Design.6.Responsible for preparing and presenting mechanical designs in design reviews.7. Study and understand Clients specific requirement and prepare assemblies, sub-assemblies, GA drawings.8. Is available for onsite customer support like presentation, fault finding in machine etc. as required.9.FEA & Calculations should be done for every project design.10.Works closely with operations. Manufacturing and production engineers to ensure products are designed for manufacture.11.Machine should be aesthetically good, should consider safety and maintenance related parameters.12.Is available for onsite customer support like presentation, fault finding in machine etc. as required.13. Follow delivery commitments as per schedule given by HOD or PPC.

Candidate must have strong analytical and mathematical skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Must have hands on practice in technical fields like CAD, CAE, NDT and Auto motion.

Must have good communication Verbal and vocal. Must Have Good knowledge about MS Excel and Word and SAP.Ability to Deal and Negotiate with Customer.Able to take actions if need.

Must have excellent knowledge about Automation, PLC Configuration and Integration Experience with ABB, FANUC, KUKA Robots.Have4 good knowledge about PLC like Mitsubishi, Beckhoff and Delta.Must Have Excellent Knowledge about PLC and Robot Communication Protocol like Ethernet I/p, Modbus , Ethercat.

Develop and implement programming standards for automation.Must have excellent knowledge PLC like Mitsubishi, Beckoff, Delta.Excellent knowledge PLC communication Protocols like EtherNet/IP , Modbus , Ethercat.Ready to visit on site PAN India.
