The candidate will be required to present himself in, lower courts, tribunals, DRT, Consumer Courts, NCLT, NCLAT DRAT, High Courts, and Supreme Court. Past experience in appearance in the above is essential. Further, the scope of work also includes managing daily office work / court work compliances timely.2. Drafting of Writ Petition, Legal Notices, SLP, Suits, Claim before IRP, Petitions, Applications and Appeals before NCLT /NCALT DRT /DRAT /PMLA etc.3. Drafting of Agreements, MoU's, etc.4. Well versed with arbitration proceedings.5. Conduct comprehensive legal research.6. Review and Vet Contracts/Agreements and other documents.7. Handling Correspondence with the existing client.8. Dealing National and International clients.9. Be proactive, reliable, responsible and accurate with an attention to details.10.
