- Coordination with Banks for APF,loan sanction and disbursement process- Handling customer process from welcome letter to hand over of flat- Taking care of documentation like allotment letters, demand letters, Builder NOC etc.- Achieving collection targets set every month.- Snagging Process/Possession Process.- Team player who is able to coordinate with other departments for completion of their tasks!- The above mentioned is a summary of the responsibility and actual responsibilities will not be restricted/ or limited to the above mentioned list
