Preferances :Must have exposure to MSIL VSA Tier 2 Audit clauses requirements.Must be qualified ISO-9001 internal auditor. Strong Technical know-how about the APQP, PPAP documentation, PFMEA, Process flow, and Control Plan. KAIZEN & ISO-9001 & TS-16949 Documentation.Hands on SPC, MSA, Quality core tools ets.Preferable knowledge & previous experience of Sheet Metal industry ( Press Shop).Job Description :Check the internal documents as per requirements MSIL VSA Tier 2 Audit check sheet.Review the Quality Strategy, policy, and Quality Manual to meet the ISO 9001 requirements.Managing the External Audits (Customer Audits as well as certification and surveillance ).Perform Internal Audits and improve the process to meet the expectations. Must be qualified internal auditor.Monitoring of the QA activities, test results, leaked defects, root cause analysis and identifying areas of improvement. Implement steps required to improve the processes.Responsible for driving QA strategy, approach, and execution in new developments through APQP.Assure the reliability and consistency of production through SPC & process audits.Communicate with external quality assurance officers during on-site inspections / audits.Plan and execute MRM.Monitoring and reporting of performance of various departmental objectives / key process indicators.To ensure timely review and revision of SOPs of all the departments to ensure effective compliance of SOP management.
