They should be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.The major roles & responsibilities include: -1. Make calls to given data within the timeframe.2. Provide the correct information to the customers.3. Enters details into the software4. Provide product/service information by answering questions; offering assistance.5. Maintain the database by entering and verifying information; updating the contact log.6. Improve quality results by recommending changes.7. Keep equipment operational by following established procedures; reporting malfunctions.8. Keep on updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities & training programs.9. Add value to the organization by his/her behavior & performance.10. Do regular Follow Up with the Maintained Prospect Sheet.11. Generate Leads during the Clod calling process as much as possible.Requirements:Very Good proficiency in English is requiredGood comprehension skillsVery Good visualization skills. sound knowledge of technology ( Website, software, etc.). only US-based holidays will be givenQualifications10 - 12 passed candidates/Pursuing Graduation only.Strong communication and presentation skillsCRM experience is preferred.Shift Time:- 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM Mon- Fri (UK/US Process)** Candidates from Lucknow are preferred only.** Selection will be based on the Cv getting shortlisted and Interview rounds.** Candidate must have to sign a legal service bond.Thanks.
