We are looking for DATA ENTRY OPERATOR with excel and knowledge in SAP

Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities.Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity.Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels.Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.Coordinating and maintaining fleets and equipment.Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers.

Conducting payroll transactions in an efficient, accurate & timely mannerMaintaining and updating payroll information and resolving any discrepanciesEnsuring compliance by following policies and proceduresDeveloping ad hoc financial and operational reporting as required

Collecting daily production data from shop floorCompiling production data, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data in Microsoft excel for SAP/Tally entryReviewing production & material consumption/stock data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking outputEntering production data from source documents within time limitsUpdate daily production reports, material consumption report and other MIS report based on shop floor production data.DISPATCH & BillingQC checking.PO generation
