Job: Weighbridge OperatorLocation: Wagholi, PuneKey Responsibilities:Operate the weighbridge to accurately record vehicle weights for inbound and outbound deliveries.Ensure proper documentation of all weighbridge transactions, including generating and maintaining weight tickets.Verify vehicle and load compliance with legal and company requirements.Communicate effectively with drivers and site staff to manage traffic flow at the weighbridge.Monitor and report any discrepancies, malfunctions, or safety issues with the weighbridge equipment.

Position: Site Supervisor/Site In-chargeDepartment: OperationsLocation: PuneReporting To: Project Manager/Construction Manager________________________________________Job Summary:The Site Supervisor/Site In-charge will oversee all on-site activities related to road construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely execution of work. The role requires close coordination with project teams, contractors, and laborers to achieve project milestones and meet client expectations.________________________________________Key Responsibilities:1. Site Management:o Supervise daily site operations, ensuring all activities comply with project plans, specifications, and timelines.o Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and laborers to maintain smooth workflow.o Monitor and manage the use of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.2. Quality Assurance:o Ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications in all construction activities.o Conduct regular inspections to verify compliance with drawings, safety regulations, and quality benchmarks.o Address and resolve any on-site quality or compliance issues.3. Safety Compliance:o Enforce health and safety regulations on-site to prevent accidents or incidents.o Conduct daily safety briefings and ensure use of personal protective equipment (PPE).o Report safety violations and accidents promptly.4. Planning and Coordination:o Assist in scheduling project activities and assigning tasks to teams.o Collaborate with the project manager to ensure project milestones are met.o Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.5. Documentation and Reporting:o Maintain accurate records of daily site activities, including labor and equipment usage, progress, and challenges.o Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports.
