Trainer is Responsible for 1. improving communication skills, personal skills and teaching students on various soft skills. 2. For designing and implementing training programs, assess and conduct an effective training session. 3. In providing feedback and track the progress of the students. 4. To maintain a positive and professional learning environment.5. To understand the soft skill course they are teaching and should be able to provide real-world examples and scenarios to help students understand and apply those skills in their own lives.

1. Train and mentor students for web development roles, ensuring a thorough understanding of the subject matter.2. Provide constructive feedback to students, monitor their progress, and facilitate continuous improvement.3. Design problem statements and case lets that accurately assess students' comprehension and skill sets.4. Guide students in developing impactful live projects and aid in idea generation.5. Contribute to building a comprehensive knowledge base for the students.6. Mentor and guide students in participating effectively in hackathons.7. The trainer will be responsible for preparing his own notes and slides to make the training simpler for students.
