- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth business operations: This involves communicating and collaborating with different teams within the organization to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.- Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies: The Business Coordinator will work closely with the management team to help develop and execute business strategies to meet company goals.- Handle cold calling and tele marketing activities: The candidate will be responsible for making cold calls and engaging in tele marketing activities to generate leads and promote company products or services.- Support the sales team in achieving targets: The Business Coordinator will assist the sales team in reaching their targets by providing necessary support and resources.- Act as a credit co coordinator: This includes managing and coordinating credit processes, ensuring payments are made on time, and following up with clients on any outstanding payments.Required Skills and Expectations:- Must have at least 3-6 years of experience in a similar role.- Should hold a Bachelor's degree in Science (B.Sc).- Excellent communication skills are essential for this role.- Strong convincing power to persuade clients and customers.- Experience in cold calling, sales, and tele marketing is preferred.- Female candidates are preferred for this position.

Coordinate and monitor supply chain operationsEnsure premises, assets and communication ways are used effectivelyUtilize logistics IT to optimize proceduresRecruit and coordinate logistics staff (e.g. truck drivers) according to avail abilities and requirementsSupervise orders and arrange stocking of raw materials and equipment to ensure they meet needsCommunicate with suppliers, retailers, customers etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfactionPlan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirementsKeep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc.Prepare accurate reports for upper management.
