The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, converting inquiries into sales, and maintaining a strong relationship with clients.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customersExplain products/services and their benefits to customersFollow up on leads and convert them into salesMaintain a database of customer information and interactionsMeet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and salesProvide excellent customer service and handle objections professionallyPrepare and submit daily reports to the team leader or managerRequirements:Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduatePrior experience in telecalling or sales is a plusGood communication skills in [mention language(s): e.g., Hindi, English]Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM entry, etc.)Confident, persuasive, and self-motivatedAbility to work under pressure and meet targetsBenefits:Fixed salary 10,000 15,000/month based on experienceIncentives/commissions on achieving sales targetsTraining and growth opportunitiesSupportive work environment
