Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell company software solutions to clients across global markets Perform cold calling, follow-up calls, and client coordination via phone and email Prepare and send professional sales emails, quotations, and proposals Generate leads through digital platforms and online channels Support digital marketing activities, including campaign coordination Manage and update social media marketing activities (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) Maintain customer relationships and ensure client satisfactionKey Skills & Requirements: Strong communication skills (verbal & written) Ability to handle international clients and global markets Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms Good follow-up, negotiation, and convincing skills Proficiency in MS Office and email communication

Key Responsibilities: Conduct door-to-door field marketing to promote the property advertisement portal Identify, approach, and onboard builders and real estate agents as clients Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to potential customers Achieve assigned sales targets within defined timelines Build and maintain strong relationships with clients Collect market feedback and report insights to the management team Maintain daily activity reports and follow up with prospective clientsKey Skills & Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Persuasive and confident personality Ability to work independently in the field Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts Familiarity with real estate industry is an advantage
