As a Business Growth Manager, your primary responsibility will be to drive Sales and Partnership Development for Study Planner Buddy. In direct sales, you will bring students to purchase our plans priced at 799 or 1599 by leveraging your personal network, social media presence, WhatsApp groups, local student references, and other outreach activities. Along with direct sales, you will also work on indirect sales by building partnerships with coaching institutes, hostels and PGs, students libraries, study halls, and tuition or coaching centers, helping generate bulk student conversions through these collaborations. To ensure your success, we provide complete training, ready-to-use sales scripts, and daily guidance systems to support your performance.
