Strivector is a US IT Recruitment and Staffing agency, and we work on both full time and contract positions for companies like Amazon, Capgemini, Express Scripts, Pearson, Accenture, NCR and other Fortune 500 companies and Startups. We always work directly with our clients (or their VMS) and never through layers. Our India office is in Madhapur, Hyderabad and our US office is in Austin, TX.

JOB DESCRIPTION
On a day to day basis, you will end up doing the following tasks:

Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer databases, networking, internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media and referrals
Leverage various job portals . Dice, Monster, Indeed etc.
Engage with potential candidates as per client requirement, including skills, education, experience and competency
Conduct phone screens to assess candidate interest and competence
Negotiate compensation with candidates, extend offers, facilitate the placement of candidates and solicit referrals of other top talent in that area
