    I want to express my deep concerns regarding the current work environment in the company. The situation has become extremely difficult and demotivating for several reasons:\r\n\r\nThe overall environment is very negative and unhealthy.\r\n\r\nTeam leaders (TLs) often display unprofessional behavior, creating a toxic atmosphere.\r\n\r\nThere is no sense of work-life balance; the stress levels are extremely high.\r\n\r\nThere is no clear or fair payment structure.\r\n\r\nMost importantly, there is absolutely no sense of job security— not even 0.00001%.\r\n\r\nThis is a very serious situation, and I hope management takes these issues into account. The current environment is unsustainable and damaging to both morale and productivity. Read More
