Job DescriptionTo attend to the walk-in customers (Architects, Interior & Exterior Designers, Corporates, Retail Customers)To develop the product knowledge w.r.t. product categories/collections, code, price and installationTo understand the customer various requirements through channelized Sales FAQsTo persuade and guide the customer with the best suitable product with the help of large displays and miniature samplesTo follow-up on sales leads of all sources ( walk-in leads, calls ) and update the lead management reportsTo focus on Lead Conversion Ratio - qualified leads to potential to hot leads to sales order on CRM softwareTo negotiate & convince the customer and generate the quotation as per the sales policyTo work on the Target Driven SalesTo religiously work on the strategic Tentative Sales Projections (no. and values)To religiously work on the strategic business closuresTo arrange & assign the office assistant / site engineers to visit the client's site for measurementsTo work on the estimation calculations based on the site measurements (in coordination with the site engineer)To coordinate with the Installation team and the client for execution of the workTo coordinate with the warehouse team for stock checking and other vendors periodically based on the Sales ProjectionTo coordinate with the client and warehouse team to understand the lead time for the product delivery for sales order confirmationTo religiously follow-up on payment collectionTo monitor the sales operations on CRM software with timely data inputTo stay updated w.r.t. company's internal systems and processes and know-how of the techniques to improve the businessTo ensure the successful execution of work based on the sales order
