As a Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our products meet high-quality standards. Your responsibilities will include:- **Developing Quality Standards:** Establish and implement quality assurance protocols to ensure that products meet defined criteria and regulatory requirements.- **Conducting Testing:** Perform rigorous testing on products to identify defects or inconsistencies and ensure they function according to specifications.- **Documenting Results:** Record test results and report findings in a comprehensive manner to help the team understand quality issues and track improvements.- **Collaborating with Teams:** Work closely with design and production teams to promote a culture of quality and provide feedback that can enhance product performance.- **Analyzing Data:** Utilize data analysis tools to evaluate quality metrics, which will help identify trends and areas for improvement in processes.- **Assisting in Root Cause Analysis:** Help identify the root causes of defects and assist in developing corrective measures for continuous improvement.To succeed in this role, candidates should have a Bachelors degree in Engineering (B.E) and up to 5 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control. Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to communicate findings effectively are essential. Proficiency in testing methodologies and familiarity with quality management tools will be beneficial. Candidates should be willing to work in the office environment and possess a proactive approach to problem-solving.
