Please find the resume attached for the position of Production Supervisor, Junior Engineer. I'm particularly interested in this position, which relates strongly to my nearly 5.5 years of experience in Production, Assembly department In automobile industry or any other challenging field in manufacturing/automobile where I can gain more knowledge. Currently working with Steelcase Asia-Pacific India Holding Pvt. Limited, Pune as Zone Member in Manufacturing Department from March 2013 to till date .I believe I meet all the essential criteria for the position. A summary of my experience and key accomplishments includes the following: Ensure planning and co-ordination of available resources such as Raw material ,Man management and availability of machine to achieve desired production plan in time Pivotal role in conducting 5S awareness programs i.e. (Cleaning With Meaning ) for employees in order to expedite the assimilation of changes / innovations in an effective way for better snapshots Play Major role in cost saving projects through Kaizen and Lean management Merit of being associated with renowned group like Bajaj Auto Limited, Chakan as Diploma Engineer Trainee for 12 month.
