*Job Title: Cost Assistant (CA/CMA Fresher)**Responsibilities:*1. *Cost Audits:*- Conducting thorough cost audits, analyzing structures, and identifying variances.- Collaborating with departments to investigate and report on standard cost discrepancies.- Providing insights and recommendations for cost-saving areas.2. *MIS Reporting:*- Generating and maintaining accurate Management Information System (MIS) reports.- Analyzing financial data to provide actionable insights for decision-making.- Ensuring timely and accurate reporting to support strategic planning.3. *Compliance and Process Improvement:*- Staying updated on regulatory changes and ensuring compliance with cost accounting standards.- Assisting in the development and implementation of compliance and internal control procedures.- Continuously evaluating existing processes and suggesting improvements for efficiency.*Qualifications:*- Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) qualification.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume and cover letter to hr.head@steamhouse.in
