Key ResponsibilitiesInstruction: Teach Sanskrit to middle and secondary school students, focusing on Vyakaran (Sandhi, Samasa, Karak, Dhatu Roop), comprehension, and translation.Curriculum Development: Prepare detailed lesson plans, lesson notes, and educational materials (worksheets, presentations).Assessment: Create, administer, and evaluate tests, assignments, and class projects to measure student understanding.Pedagogy: Utilize modern, interactive, and activity-based teaching methods (e.g., shloka recitation, storytelling, quizzes, and drama) to make language learning engaging.Board Prep: Prepare Class 10 students for board examinations in accordance with the prescribed syllabus and marking schemes.Administrative Duties: Maintain attendance records, update student grades, and attend staff meetings.Communication: Conduct parent-teacher meetings to discuss progress, behavior, and academic performance. Requirements and QualificationsEducation: A Bachelor's degree (BA) in Sanskrit, or a recognized equivalent, and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.).Certification: A valid CTET (Central Teacher Eligibility Test) Paper-II or relevant State TET qualification is generally required.Experience: Minimum 3 years teaching experience in a recognized school, especially CBSE, is preferred (usually 23 years).Skills: Strong knowledge of Sanskrit literature, clear diction/pronunciation, proficiency in MS Office/digital tools, and excellent communication skills.
