Job Summary:We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physics Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physics and education, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to fostering an engaging and supportive learning environment. The teacher will be responsible for delivering high-quality physics instruction, developing lesson plans, assessing student progress, and inspiring a love for science.Key Responsibilities:1. Develop and deliver well-structured physics lessons that align with the curriculum.2. Create engaging lesson plans that incorporate practical experiments, demonstrations, and multimedia resources.3. Foster critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and scientific inquiry among students.4. Assess and evaluate students' progress through tests, assignments, and projects.5. Provide individualized support to students who need additional help.6. Maintain discipline and a positive classroom environment conducive to learning.7. Stay updated with the latest advancements in physics and incorporate them into lessons.8. Prepare students for internal and external examinations.9. Collaborate with other faculty members to improve teaching methodologies.10. Participate in school activities, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development programs.Qualifications & Requirements:1. Education: Masters and B.Ed degree in Physics(mandate). Studied Chemistry as pass subject at the Graduation level.2. Experience: 1-2 years of Previous teaching experience is mandatory.3. Strong knowledge of physics concepts and the ability to simplify complex topics. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.5. Ability to use modern teaching tools and technology effectively.6. Passion for teaching and mentoring students.Preferred Skills:1. Experience with laboratory work and conducting experiments.2. Familiarity with online teaching platforms and educational softwares.
