Key Responsibilities:1. Installation and Configuration: Install and configure AVEVA software on designated virtual machines (VMs) and ensure compatibility with existing systems.2. System Integration: Integrate AVEVA tools with other enterprise systems and databases, including SQL Server, ERP, PLC/DCS using the (Basically Industrial Pyramid)3. Maintenance and Support: Provide ongoing maintenance and technical support for AVEVA applications, troubleshooting issues as they arise.4. User Training: Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure they are proficient in using AVEVA solutions.5. Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.6. Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to enhance efficiency and reliability.7. Security Management: Ensure that all AVEVA applications are secure and comply with organizational security policies.8. Collaboration: Work closely with IT, engineering, and operations teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.Qualifications:1. Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.2. Experience: Proven experience with any of the AVEVA software solutions (preferably at least on System Platform), including System Platform, Historian, Worktask/Skelta, Manufacturing Execution System (MES), Batch Management, PI System.3. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of SQL Server Database, .Net Programming, Javascript4. Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.5. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.6. Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with various stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications:Certifications: AVEVA certification or relevant industry certifications.Experience: Experience in industrial automation or a related field.

Computer HardwareTo attend, diagnose the computer hardware related issues raised by customer.Should be able to repair the basic issues of hardware like Keyboard, Mouse, HDD, RAM, Processor Fan, LAN Card, Display Card & Motherboard etc.Should be able to find out the exact peripheral issue for replacement to minimize the down time of system.Should be able to troubleshoot the issues of Printer like paper jam, light print, paper curl etc.Should be able to replace the consumables parts of Printers like Cartridge, Teflon & Fuser Assembly.2. Computer Software / Mobile SoftwareTo Install windows OS like Windows 7 & Windows 10 as per Customer and Industry requirements.Should be able to trouble shoot the issues of MS OS.Should be able to configure the softwares like MS Outlook, SAP, Print to PDF etc.Having installation knowledge of MS Office, SAP, WinZip, WinRAR, Acrobat Reader, Acrobat Writer, Java Runtime, Flash Player, MS Teams, Skype for Business etc.Having knowledge of cloning the system (OS Cloning).Having knowledge of Android software installation and configuration as per given SOP.3. Server & NetworkingHaving the knowledge of Server / Client architecture & will be able to join the Domain via client system and will be able to troubleshoot the synchronisation issue as and when required.Having basic knowledge of Network to identify & resolve the communication issues with Server, Printer, Wireless Devises etc. and will be able to diagnose & escalate the issues to respective team.Will be able to install, configure & troubleshoot Network Printers.Having basic knowledge of DHCP & DNS so that can diagnose & escalate the DHCP & DNS related issues to respective team.4.Knowledge, Skills and ExperienceDegree or Diploma in Engineering or TechnologyMinimum 2 years of experience
