Technical Proposal preparation, Technical data sheets, Technical explainers, Bid clarification and deviation sheet preparation, marketing PFD/BFD preparation, Bill of material for cost estimation of the proposals, File handling, basic process calculations, cold calling to vendors/clients, coordinating with other departments for the proposal preparation.1. Understanding the clients requirement based on RFQ and preparing technical summary.2. Implementation of project specific standard.3. Technical meeting with national international clients.4. Basic calculations and preparation of basic scheme for the technical solution.5. Process Flow Diagram for proposal purpose6. Preparation of all technical documents such as Indicative dimensional layout, bid deviation & clarification sheet, Technical bid evaluation sheet along with the technical proposal.7. Coordination with marketing, sales, I& C, Electricals and cost estimation department.8. Raising technical queries if required.9. Addressing technical queries raised by vendors and clients.10. Maintaining files and data related to proposals.
