**Job Title: Full-Time Accountant****Job Description:**We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented **Full-Time Accountant** to join our office team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing stock, maintaining ledgers, creating invoices, and updating inventory records. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, has strong accounting skills, and is familiar with inventory management.**Key Responsibilities:**1. **Manage Stock:**- Maintain and update accurate stock records.- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the relevant departments for restocking.- Track incoming and outgoing stock movements to ensure proper inventory levels.2. **Billing:**- Generate accurate sales invoices for customers.- Process and verify purchase bills and ensure timely updates in the system.- Ensure that all billing transactions are accurately recorded and reflect proper product pricing.3. **Ledger Management:**- Maintain up-to-date ledgers for both vendors and clients.- Record day-to-day financial transactions and reconcile accounts.- Ensure all records are accurate and comply with accounting standards.4. **Inventory Control:**- Perform regular inventory audits to ensure the accuracy of stock records.- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in inventory counts.- Coordinate with the procurement and sales teams to streamline inventory processes.5. **Financial Reporting:**- Assist with preparing monthly financial reports and statements.- Analyze financial data to provide insights on inventory costs and stock movements.6. **Compliance:**- Ensure all accounting practices comply with relevant laws and company policies.- Assist with audits and provide all necessary documentation when required.7. **Collaboration:**- Work closely with the sales, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth workflow and operations.- Provide support during the year-end c
