Position Title - Senior Manager - Accounts & Finance Experience - 5 years of experience in the relevant fieldRole & Responsibilities-1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Accounts & Finance Department.2. Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.3. Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.4. Lead the preparation of financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.5. Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management.6. Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve financial efficiency and controls.Required Qualification-1. Bachelor's & Master's degree in Accounts & Finance preferred with minimum 5 years of experience in the relevant field.OR2. Professional certification such as CA, CMA, or equivalent with 2 years of experienceDesired Experience-1. Proficient knowledge of Income Tax and GST regulations.2. Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting.3. Proven track record of successfully managing financial operations and delivering results.4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.5.
