Assignment Title: HIRING OF FIRM/ AGENCY FOR DEVELOPING APP BASED - MIS SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT FOR ITS LIVELIHOOD PROMOTION PROGRAM RUNNING IN JHARKHAND, INDIAThe Requirements and Conditions 1. Srijan Foundation (SF) is a voluntary organization based in Jharkhand India working with the aim of creating a better world for women and children. 2. One of the key thematic areas of intervention is to promote livelihood among the rural women of Jharkhand for their socio-economic empowerment. Presently the livelihood intervention is reaching out to approx 10000 rural women spread over 4 districts of Jharkhand. 3. SF is interested in developing an APP-based MIS for the intervention that best captures the input, process and outcome of the livelihood initiative among rural women. a. The APP needs to capture data (to be provided by the user) in online and offline modes. (The data should be automatically synced when the internet is available)b. This APP needs to be user-friendlyc. The APP should provide relevant area-specific information such as weather, crop practices, soil quality, and other general information related to crop productiond. Based on the historical data we have collected and the real-time data we collect, the APP should show impact analysis such as profit-loss statements or benefit-cost ratiosa. The quality Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method would be followed to select the firms/ agencies.b. The draft Terms of Reference (ToR) and detailed Re-Request for Expression of Interest (Re-REoI) for the assignment can be asked through the email mentioned above 5.
