Position: PDC Die MakerIndustry: Pressure Die Casting (HPDC/LPDC)Key ResponsibilitiesManufacture and assemble new PDC dies as per 2D drawings and 3D CAD models.Maintain, repair, and modify existing dies.Troubleshoot die-related production issues such as flash, porosity, sticking, soldering, and dimensional variation.Inspect die components and ensure dimensional accuracy using measuring instruments.Maintain cooling lines, ejector systems, sliders, cores, and inserts.Conduct die trials and support production during die setup and development.Coordinate with design, VMC, quality, and production teams for die improvements.Maintain die maintenance records and spare part inventory.Follow safety and quality procedures in the tool room.Required SkillsKnowledge of HPDC/LPDC die construction and maintenance.Ability to read engineering drawings and 3D models.Understanding of tool steels, heat treatment, and die casting processes.Proficiency in precision measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometre, Height Gauge, CMM reports).Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.Job Type: Full-timePay: Depend on InterviewSchedule: Day shiftExperience: total work: 3 to 5 yearWork Location: In person
