LATHE OPERATOR REQUIRED

As a VMC Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) to produce precision parts. Your role will require attention to detail and a strong understanding of machining processes.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Setup Machines:** Prepare VMC machines for operation by installing tools, fixtures, and workpieces according to specifications.- **Machine Operation:** Operate VMC machines to manufacture components to meet quality standards, ensuring machines run efficiently and safely.- **Quality Control:** Monitor machinery outputs and conduct quality checks on parts produced, making adjustments as necessary to maintain accuracy.- **Troubleshooting:** Identify and resolve any issues with the machines or processes, including minor repairs or adjustments to ensure smooth operations.- **Documentation:** Maintain clear and accurate records of production processes, including machine settings and maintenance logs.- **Collaboration:** Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure production targets are met and quality expectations are upheld.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates should possess 4 to 10 years of relevant experience as a VMC Operator. A minimum education level of a 10th pass is required. Applicants must have a strong mechanical aptitude with a deep understanding of CNC machining processes and tools. Attention to detail, the ability to read technical drawings, and proficiency in measuring instruments are essential. Candidates should be physically fit and willing to work in a full-time office setting, with the ability to work well individually and in a team environment.

Responsibilities :Designs Tools / Fixtures /Gauges as per machining or assembly requirement.Co-ordinate for manufacture of fixture either in house.SKILLS: Any 3d software( PREFERED: NX-CAD ) WITH MIN 2YEARS EXPERIENCE
