We are looking for a dedicated TGT Mathematics teacher to join our school in Horamavu. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a strong understanding of mathematics to help students excel in their studies. **Key Responsibilities:**- **Lesson Planning:** Design engaging and effective lesson plans that align with the curriculum, ensuring all students grasp mathematical concepts.- **Classroom Instruction:** Deliver clear and stimulating mathematics lessons, using a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles.- **Student Assessment:** Regularly evaluate student performance through tests and assignments, providing feedback to help them improve.- **Classroom Management:** Maintain a positive and conducive learning environment by managing classroom behavior and encouraging student participation.- **Collaboration with Colleagues:** Work closely with fellow teachers to share resources and strategies, promoting a supportive educational community.- **Parent Communication:** Engage with parents regarding student progress and address any academic concerns, fostering a strong home-school connection.**Required Skills and Expectations:**- A Bachelors degree in B.C.A, B.B.A, B.Ed, or B.Sc with a strong focus on mathematics is required.- A minimum of 2 to 7 years of teaching experience in a similar role is essential.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and staff.- Ability to motivate students and maintain their interest in mathematics through innovative teaching strategies.- Proficiency in using educational technology and tools to enhance the learning experience.
