1. Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and satisfy their needs. Provide accurate information about products. Assist customers in selecting jewelry that fits their preferences and budget Handle customer inquiries, concerns, complaints. 2. Sales: Actively engage in selling Jewelry to achieve sales target. Upsell and cross-sell Jewelry or service based on customer needs. Document and Report Sales and Walk out customers every day Follow up customers and maintain a relationship with them. Ensure Jewelry displays are attractive and well organized. Monitor Jewelry inventory levels and inform management of low stock. Team collaboration: Work closely with other Sales executives and store staff to achieve overall target. Collaborate with Marketing team in Promotional activities and events. 3. Product Knowledge: Have in Depth knowledge of products and collections. Stay updated on industry trends and Jewelry care. Educate customers on quality and value of different products. 4. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain Strong Relationships with Customers. Follow up with Customers after Sales to ensure Satisfaction and encourage return visits. Identify Potential customers and refer them to store. Ask for Business Referrals from Walk in customers and follow up those referrals.
