Responsible for understanding the requirements of the clients for each case that has to be investigated. Responsible for assigning cases and supervising field investigators/Executives at ground level and communicate with claimant whenever required. Responsible for gathering quality evidence pertaining to cases within TAT given by the clients. Maintain strong communication and relationship with the client by intimating minute to minute status related to the cases. Communicate investigation findings, recommendations and outcomes with the clients. Maintain strong coordination with the in-house team for generating and preparing reports. Ability to go on field for investigation whenever necessary as required by the position. Multi-tasking and ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment. Prepare detailed reports summarizing the findings from claim investigation.
