We are looking for a dedicated and caring Pre School Teacher to join our team in Delhi NCR. The ideal candidate will have experience in early childhood education, a passion for teaching young children, and a commitment to creating a positive learning environment. **Key Responsibilities:**- **Plan and Deliver Lessons:** Create engaging lesson plans that promote learning through play, focusing on child development and early literacy skills.- **Support Child Development:** Observe and assess each childs progress, providing individual support to promote their social, emotional, and cognitive growth.- **Create a Safe Environment:** Establish a safe and welcoming classroom atmosphere where children feel comfortable to explore and learn.- **Communicate with Parents:** Regularly update parents on their child's progress and development, maintaining open lines of communication for questions or concerns.- **Collaborate with Colleagues:** Work closely with other teachers to coordinate activities and share best practices for early education.**Required Skills and Expectations:**- A strong understanding of early childhood education principles is essential.- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children and parents.- Patience and compassion, with the ability to engage and motivate young learners.- Strong organizational skills to manage classroom activities and materials effectively.- A relevant Advanced or Higher Diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field is required. Ideal candidates will be female, have 1 to 7 years of experience, and be ready to work full-time in an office setting.
