Job ProfileAs an Client Servicing Executive, you'll work as a link between the 3D Studio and its clients. You'll beresponsible for the coordination of 3D projects and therefore communicating clearly to all thoseinvolved. You may also be known as an account handler.It is vital to understand the needs of your clients, which you'll learn through liaising closely with themthroughout project execution, often on a daily basis. You'll also manage administrative and projectwork to ensure that 3D projects are completed on time and on budget.Role & Responsibilities Handling marketing projects from idealization to execution Collaborating with design, planning, projects management and execution teams to ensuretimely delivery and quality of projects Creating and maintaining client documents and client interaction archives Present creative work to clients for approval/modification Optimum utilization of internal resources and teams to increase productivity and clientsatisfaction. Keeping open channels of communication with each client that can be employed effectively byother departments Keeping clients in the loop regarding updates, progress and execution of projects Handling project management tasks effectively Measuring and reporting on performance of all Generating budget estimates and obtaining approvals on the same from clients.Qualification Post graduation in Marketing Ability to juggle clients while also prioritizing individual requirements Being responsible for individual as well as team performance Strong analytical skills Ability to make skillful oral and written presentations Capacity to conduct thorough research and competitive analysis of clients and theircompetitors Ability to adapt, adjust and perform with discipline and common sense Fluent ( listening & speaking ) in basic languages i.e English & Hindi
