We are looking for a skilled Lathe Operator with 1 to 5 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have an I.T.I. certification and be able to operate lathe machines effectively to produce high-quality components.Key Responsibilities:- **Machine Operation**: Operate and set up lathe machines to manufacture parts according to specifications, ensuring they meet quality standards.- **Blueprint Interpretation**: Read and understand technical drawings and blueprints to accurately produce components as required by the project.- **Quality Inspection**: Conduct regular inspections of finished products using precision measuring tools and adjust machines as needed to maintain high-quality output.- **Maintenance**: Perform routine maintenance on lathe machines to ensure their optimal performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during operation.- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members to ensure a smooth workflow and communicate any challenges encountered during the production process.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates must possess strong technical skills and a thorough understanding of lathe operations. Attention to detail is crucial, as is the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should also have good problem-solving abilities and be comfortable working in a team.
