As a Sales/Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for introducing customers to our new offerings and products related to laser marking, pad printing, industrial ink manufacturing, and trading. Your primary focus will be on understanding customer requirements, identifying suitable products and services, and consistently meeting sales goals.Responsibilities:1. Introduce customers to new offerings and products related to our industry.2. Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and suggest appropriate products and services.3. Design and implement a sales plan, identifying sales opportunities and consistently meeting sales goals.4. Perform troubleshooting and failure analysis as required.5. Interact with customers and engineers to assess equipment and provide sales support.6. Identify, coordinate, and participate in client relationship-building activities and meetings.7. Address customer inquiries promptly to increase customer satisfaction.Requirements:1. Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Completion of a master's degree is also accepted.2. 0 to 2 years of experience in sales and marketing.3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.4.
