A)Part DetailingGenerating Mating Holes with tolerances.Checking All sheet metal parameters.Developing Sheet metal parts to flat pattern.Checking Machined Parts Features and its respective mating Parts for Sizing.Checking all features of the part are Warning / Error free in terms of Feature errorB)Part ModelingGetting detailed dimensions from sample or vendor Drawings.Creating as exact as possible model in terms of dimensions as well as appearance.Saving the model in appropriate locationC) Assembly & DetailingChecking Assembly is Warning / Error free in terms of Mate errors.Adding Missing PartsAdding Missing Mates for non constrained components.Adding parts as per actual as built equipment to make assembly exact as per equipment Build.Recording clearance, fit errors & assembly issues if anyTaking permissions from Seniors to implement changes in CAD AssemblyGetting Sub-assemblies made for ease of Assembly sequencingD) Generating Data for ProcurementCreating Detailed BOMSelecting correct hardware as per applicationFinalising Hardware Lists .Generating assembly sequence with discussion with seniors and making assembly plans.E) Cad Data ManagementMaking folder structures as per predefined format.Ensuring all project have references within project folder.Keeping Folders sorted and clutter free.Deleting unused, unwanted parts in the folders.Maintaining common library for all projects.
