1. Achieving sales targets ( Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly ) for System Products and Turnkey execution.2. Meeting Architects / Interior Designers / Contractors / PMCs and End Clients.3. Project Scanning at allocated geographical areas.4. Preparation of BOQ based on drawings or inputs received from clients.5. Preparation of techno-commercial proposal for clients.6. Arranging / submitting required products physical samples and technical data to the client.7. Coordination & communication with clients for getting better understanding of their requirements at inquiry stage and during execution stage.8. Maintaining of proper record of Project data ( BOQ / Drawings/ quotations / PO etc..) for easy retrieval and reference. 9. Adherence to the rules, regulation , policies laid down by the company.10. Providing required inputs / assistance to Purchase executive and accounts executive.11. Guiding Project co-ordinator for smooth execution of projects.12. Ultimate responsibility lies with Sales / Business Development executive for smooth execution and handing over of project.

Sales Coordinator Requirements: 1) A bachelor's degree in engineering or science graduate with minimum 1 or 2 years experience as a sales coordinator. 2) Computer literacy. Hands on experience in Excel , Word , Power point and outlook. 3) Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills. 4) Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills. 5) The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines. 6) Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations

Sales Coordinator Responsibilities:- 1) Preparation of Techno-Commercial Proposals for Products to be offered. 2) Preparation of Bill of quantities based on drawings and customers requirements. 3) Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material. 4) Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events. 5)Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers. 6) Logging orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time. 7) Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently. 8) Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department. 9) Making the company's products and services as attractive to potential customers as possible. 10) Ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and policies.
