Job Overview:We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Boy to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and orderliness of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring guests have a comfortable and pleasant stay.Key Responsibilities:Clean and service assigned guest rooms, including making beds, dusting furniture, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, replenishing towels, linens, and amenities.Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as corridors, lobbies, elevators, and restrooms.Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained.Report any maintenance issues or damages in guest rooms or public areas to the supervisor.Adhere to hotel cleaning and safety standards and guidelines.Assist with laundry services and deliver requested linens or items to guest rooms when needed.Provide courteous and professional service to guests, responding to any special requests or needs promptly.Follow all procedures for handling lost and found items.Maintain confidentiality of guest information and adhere to hotel policies and procedures.Ensure housekeeping equipment is cleaned and maintained properly.Requirements:Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning role preferred, but not mandatory.Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and walking.Good communication skills and ability to work well with other hotel staff.Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.Ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision.Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.Physical Requirements:Ability to lift and carry cleaning equipment and linens.Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time.Must be able to bend, squat, and reach.Benefits:Competitive salaryHealth benefitsOpportunities for career growth and developmentEmployee discounts
