Oversee the daily functioning of the hostel including accommodation, housekeeping, and maintenance.Maintain attendance, movement, and behavior records of all residents.Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, and kitchen staff to ensure timely services.Student Welfare & Discipline:Monitor student behavior and ensure adherence to hostel rules and schedules (wake-up, training, meals, lights-out).Ensure the emotional and physical well-being of students; act as a mentor and support figure.Take proactive steps to prevent bullying, fights, and misuse of electronic gadgets or harmful substances.Safety & Emergency Response:Conduct regular safety checks and maintain discipline on hostel premises.Be available 24/7 on campus to handle emergencies, health issues, or discipline matters.Ensure immediate medical attention in case of injuries or illness and inform the academys medical team and parents as needed.
