Job Profile:- Coordinating with Concern sales person, forwarding mails, new enquires Vendor registration in various portal for the new development items and tender portals Supporting new sales persons in identifying the customers and providing previous details if available. Identifying new tenders in portals Preparing Quotation ,Tender documents & monthly presentations Follow up Pending Payment, Tender EMD and SD Getting drawing approval from customer and forwarding to production Getting dispatch details from factory and forwarding to customer Follow up on pending Offers, expected orders Review of Purchase order and preparing documents required for dispatch Coordinating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing and deliveries are handled efficiently Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports. Ensure to follow the company rules , regulation and policies Note:- The Profile may be modified depending on the requirement of the company.
