We are looking for a CRM Executive to join our team in Andheri East. This is a full-time position suitable for fresh graduates or those with up to one year of experience.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Manage Customer Relationships:** Maintain and nurture relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.- **Data Entry and Management:** Accurately enter and update customer information in the CRM system to ensure data integrity and accessibility.- **Support Sales and Marketing Teams:** Collaborate with these teams by providing them with customer insights and data that can help improve their strategies and outreach.- **Respond to Customer Inquiries:** Address customer questions and concerns promptly and effectively, providing excellent service to maintain a positive company image.- **Monitor Customer Feedback:** Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service and product offerings.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates should have a B.Sc degree and possess strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. Basic knowledge of CRM software would be an advantage. Attention to detail is crucial, as this role involves managing significant amounts of customer data. Adaptability and a willingness to learn are also important, as the candidate will be working in a dynamic environment. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a desire to contribute to team goals will be highly valued.

Purpose of Role:Software Development Engineer-4 will be a key decision maker for laying down the roadmap, tech stack selection and key architectural and design choices.Role Dimensions: Knowledge & Application: Exhibits broad grasp of fundamentals relevant to the chosen area of expertise. Has operational intuition/depth/sense of ground reality in one or two sub-areas of chosen area of expertise. Interaction: Good understanding of context and accordingly structuring conversations as per business requirement. Understands and constructively tunes levers of impact. Problem Solving: Clearly articulated thinking around decision making/problem solving. Executes on decision making to deliver outcome. Accountability/Impact: Consistently delivers impact commensurate to his/her role.Reporting and location:Incumbent will be reporting to the Engineering Manager and will be based out of Bangalore Location.Key Roles and Responsibilities: Lead tech roadmap based on product requirements and business goals for product areas owned. Responsible for choice of tech stack, design and architecture of the products owned Own scalability, performance, availability, service robustness, maintainability, ease of debuggability, Contribute to reducing infrastructure cost while improving scalability, availability and responsiveness and onboarding newer use cases. Lead design and architecture reviews. Mentor and Coach junior SDEs in the team. Evaluate avenues for platformization, creation of reusable libraries, etc. Lead improvement in development processes and practices for the complete org and drive adoption -coding standards, code reviews, design reviews, build processes, CI/CD, automated testing (functional, performance, etc), and operations. Participate in hiring outstanding engineers in the company, and improve the hiring process.Skills & Competency: Bachelors degree (4 years) or higher in Computer Science or equivalent. 8+
