Your primary responsibilities will include:Patient Care: Delivering high-quality patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions in accordance with established protocols and standards.Medication Administration: Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate dosage and documentation.Vital Signs Monitoring: Monitoring and recording vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, pulse rate, and respiratory rate, to assess patient's health status.Wound Care: Providing comprehensive wound care, including cleaning, dressing, and monitoring the healing progress.Health Education: Educating patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, medications, and self-care techniques to promote wellness and disease prevention.Collaborative Approach: Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and caregivers, to develop and implement individualized care plans.Documentation: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, including assessments, treatments, medications, and progress notes.Emotional Support: Providing emotional support and counseling to patients and their families, fostering a compassionate and comforting environment.Adherence to Policies and Procedures: Following all organizational policies, procedures, and safety guidelines to ensure the highest standards of patient care and workplace safety.Professional Development: Staying updated with the latest advancements in nursing practices and participating in continuous education and training programs.Requirements:Valid nursing license and registrationProven experience as a nurse, preferably in a similar setting
