The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and promoting our security services to potential clients across various sectors.Key Responsibilities:Identify and generate new business opportunities for security services (Security Guards, Supervisors, Gunmen, etc.)Meet potential clients (corporates, residential societies, commercial establishments) to pitch our services.Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.Conduct market research to understand client needs, competition, and industry trends.Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.Achieve sales targets and report on performance metrics.Represent the company at networking events, expos, and industry meets.Requirements:Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (experience in security services or facility management is a plus)Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and handle fieldworkBasic knowledge of security services and industry trendsProficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantageMinimum Qualification: GraduateOwn vehicle preferred
