Candidate should have 1-4 years of experience in IT Recruitment. 1. Handling the complete recruitment life-cycle.2. Sourcing candidates through Internal Database, Job portals, social network and advertisement3. Taking initial screening rounds, understanding their competencies & skill sets4. Coordinating between the candidate & the client during the entire recruitment process5. Ensuring timely follow ups with candidates until they complete all the levels of interview6. Regular follow up with offered candidates to get them onboard without fail.7. Strong communication, interpersonal, relationship management and analytical skills
