Job Profile : ButlerSalary : 40000 to 65000 per monthLocation : MumbaiRole DescriptionThe Butler will be responsible for a variety of tasks such as serving meals and drinks, Maintaining household items, running errands and managing guest requests. The Butler will also be responsible for keeping an inventory of household supplies and groceries, and ensuring that the household is properly secured.QualificationsExperience in domestic work as a Butler or Household ManagerKnowledge of serving meals and drinks, and the ability to create well-presented table arrangementsExcellent time management and organizational skillsAbility to multi-task and prioritize tasks based on importanceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all timesExperience working in a high-pressure environmentHigh school diploma or equivalentCertification in Butler or Household Management is a plus

Butler Responsibilities:Ensuring that cleaning and household chores are completed.Answering telephonic and written communications on behalf of the employer.Greeting guests in a professional manner upon their arrival.Sourcing and training new staff, preparing and communicating staff schedules, and running payroll.Coordinating the maintenance and preservation of the estate's artworks, antiques, and silverware.Assisting with the management of important assets, including wines, cigars, books, and automobiles.Overseeing monthly budgeting and security, as well as household inventories for the property.Assisting the employer and other household staff with the planning of events.Overseeing the smooth running of hosted events, parties, and dinners.Performing all duties and obligations with decorum, tact, and unwavering professionalism.

Key Responsibility: - Make Outbound call to prospective customer using a prepared script and engaging with them to promote our products or services. The goal will be to generate leads, set appointments, and increase in sales opportunities. Follow up with the potential customer who have shown initial interest but have not yet committed to an appointment or purchase. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on call activities and results. Work towards achieving individual and team targets for lead generation and appointment setting. Qualification and skills: - Graduate in any discipline. Proven experience (Typically 0.6mnths 2 years) as a tele caller or in similar customer-facing role. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Basic Computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is advantageous. Strong organizational skills to manage call schedules and follow ups efficiently.
